Yes, we use Adobe Creative Suite and Onyx as our RIP allowing us to match to almost any pantone colour you provide. We also use various manufacturers which allows us to offer various vinyl swatches to match to your brand colours.

Yes. we charge a minimum of £50 + vat. We do try if possible to nest jobs to eliminate the minimum charge. This charge covers administration including consultancy, artworking, pre-press, printing and wastage.

Yes, we have installation teams that cover all areas of the UK.

I have heard there are lots of different types of vinyl graphics and I am confused as to which I will need for my van, can you help?

This is a very good question and one that is asked every time we discuss vehicle graphics.  It depends on the answers to these questions:

  1. How long do you want the graphics to last?
  2. Do you want a full van wrap, cut lettering or a mixture of both?

We have different types of vinyls and protective laminates that are designed to do different jobs. Monomeric vinyls tend to be short term applications for advertising and can be applied to flat surfaces only.  Polymeric vinyls are for longer term use and they can be applied to flat and soft contours.  Cast vinyls aka wrapping vinyls are designed to be heated into position for deep recesses in the side of vans and they will not pop back out.  They can be suitable for very long term use (10years).

So when you get different quotations for vehicle graphics make sure you get the correct specification of materials or you might end up with a job that needs produced again with the right materials.

I am new to buying an exhibition display stand and am not sure what to budget for my companies requirement, can you help?

This is a very common question.  There is not a fixed price which you should or shouldn't spend on an exhibition display, however looking through our website you will see various products have pricing.

Portable displays start from under £100 and go up to £10k.  Modular exhibition stands start at about £4k and can go upto £100k.

It all depends on the best solution to your requirements and that all starts with a conversation.

I am wanting to purchase some print and display material but I haven't used you before.  How do I know that you are going to deliver on my expectations?

We were incorporated in Sept 2008 and have grown steadily since then.  A lot of that growth has been down to our customer service, customers referring us to others.

It is difficult to decide whether you can trust a company that you haven't dealt with before but if we can put your mind at rest we are preferred suppliers to Sky and John Lewis, two companies that do not suffer bad service at all.

We offer free advice in helping you select from our wide range of display products and graphics. Our navigation should help narrow your searches down but if in doubt please contact us and we will help you choose the best banner stand for your needs.

Artwork and Design

Depending on the level of service. If you supply print ready artwork we will print without sending you a proof. If you require us to check your files and let you know if there is anything needing amended there is a pre-press charge. We need a designer to create an appealing design for a display, what are your design capabilities?

We offer two design services.  Creative design and artworking from existing artwork assets you own.  Contact our design department to discuss how we can help you get the most out of your display or graphic with good design.

Orders and Delivery

I am not sure about making payment online are you sure it is secure?

We use Paypal Business as our payment gateway.  We accept Mastercard, Visa and debit cards.  You can also pay via paypal.  If you prefer you can pay via bacs and if you would like to set up a trading account get in contact and we will email you an account application form.

I have an event coming up and I need to get my order delivered for a certain time, can you help?

Our normal production time 3-5 days for most of our products from receipt of print ready artwork.  We can produce quicker if production allows so call 0141 887 7378 to be sure.

We use TNT as our preferred courier company although we do sometimes use other reputable carriers.  It is standard practise for commercial carriers to require a signature on delivery.

If there is nobody there to take delivery the carrier will likely leave a card and attempt to re-deliver the following day.  You can also call the number on the card where you can organise another delivery, or if you prefer to collect from the local depot.

Ultimately it is down to the drivers discretion whether to leave the consignment and so we cannot accept responsibility for late or failed deliveries if there is no one available to accept the order when the delivery is made.

We have unpacked our delivery and there is damage to our goods.  What do I do?

Our policy:

  1. You must sign for your goods damaged.
  2. You must make us aware of any damage within 24 hours.
  3. Send us a picture of your damaged package and goods.

If you do not follow these rules we cannot claim against the carrier and will not be held responsible for replacing damaged goods.




I have found a price for the same specification of product and graphic somewhere else. Can you match the price?

Yes. We check the market regularly to ensure our prices are amongst the most competitive in the country. If you find a price for the same product and graphic specification then we will beat it by 5%.
