Peeling Vinyl Graphic
Friday, August 12, 2016 - 15:17
We get asked for what is the cheapest graphic all the time but I always try and find out what the application is for.  The reason being that there is a lack of knowledge to buyers out there in the market and they don't know the differences between different print processes and medias.  It is common for customers who want a vehicle graphic or sign to buy the cheapest but then a few weeks or months later they have a problem.   If you look closely there at full vehicle wraps where there is a double recess on the side of the van and the graphic has "... + continue reading

With today’s ever-growing dependence on digital media, it’s easy to focus all your time and energy on your brand’s online presence. However, when it comes to exhibition stands and trade shows, a lot rides on your physical and offline appearance. After all, we’re all human and the value of face-to-face interaction is still considered the foundation of great business. The trouble with exhibition and trade shows, however, is that you’re certainly not the only business in town. That’s why it’s important to make sure you can capture your audience’s... + continue reading

It's easy to imagine the most amazing looking vehicle graphics and how well it would work for you/your clients brand on paper, but the reality is not always so simple... To that end we have put together a quick checklist of things that you might want to consider when looking at vehicle graphics: Think about how legible the text will be when the vehicle is far away or moving. It's surprising how quickly the text and shapes can become confusing to the eye if the design is too busy or the content is too small! Consider where the joins between panels are. Is there text... + continue reading

Monday, June 29, 2015 - 16:56
This question pops up on nearly every project.  Clients have spent a lot of money (between £100 and £800 per square metre) on their exhibition stand space and then almost as an after thought - think about their stand.  How are we going to promote ourselves.  Ah...we need to get an exhibition stand. In years past the total budget calculation for exhibiting could be ball parked at 1/3 space, 1/3 stand, 1/3 other elements, marketing, people, hotels, travel etc.  This calculation still holds true to a certain extent today, however there are options to reduce the... + continue reading

Roll-up banner design requires a little bit of extra thought than some other forms of print display. When done well, roll-ups will be eye-catching and informative, providing the viewer with the information they want clearly. When done poorly, the banner can fail to convey the intended ideas or engage the intended audience at all! We've seen hundreds of designs pass through our printers, from the simplest layout to promote a single event or product, through to large sets of banners designed to work together as part of a larger display. Whilst there is no definitive right and wrong on how... + continue reading
