Such an easy and versatile style of signage. Flat cut lettering can be shaped to your logo using a vector logo. Made of various materials like Aluminium Composite, Foam, Acrylics, Mirror Polished Stainless Steel, Brushed Stainless Steel and Gold Stainless Steel.
3mm Aluminium Composite Letters
Most sign companies or businesses buying aluminium composite lettering choose the brushed or polished metal effect as a cheaper alternative to that of stainless steel. This allows for the premium look of metal for a fraction of the price with mirror polished and brushed aluminium composite letters and logos. The powder-coated surface finish also comes in a range of colours and finishes (matte or gloss). Aluminium composite is a completely stable background sheet material for signage, lettering, screen-printing and vinyl application.
Aluminium Composite is a lightweight product made of two thin sheets of aluminium with a polyethylene core. Designed primarily for medium-term outdoor use (3-5 year manufacturers guarantee), Aluminium composite has a hard wearing powder coated finish and comes in a range of basic colours and finishes and is also weather and rust resistant to the manufacturers guarantee. Trade names for aluminium composite are brands such as; Dibond, ACP, ACM, Dilite, Reynabond & Alupanel.
Foam Flat Cut Letters
Foam PVC (Foamex) gives a much cheaper signage alternative to acrylic or metal materials. Foam lettering is a great solution to projects where cost of purchase is the most important factor. Foam PVC lettering is a low cost, entry level solution to interior and exterior lettering projects.
Foam PVC is available in a range of colours and thicknesses and is great for point of sale, internal displays and many short term external projects. If needed, foam letters can be painted (wet-sprayed) to a Pantone colour. Foam PVC letters are cut on our CNC Routers and are extremely quick to produce. We can add our SnapFix Sign Locators to enable a simple and speedy fixing method for the majority of wall surfaces. Alternatively a VHB Tape can also be provided to fix the sign into its final position.
Foam PVC is an extremely versatile material. It consists of a uniform, expanded closed cell structure which gives it a perfect combination of stability and strength. It has a great resistance to damage such as small knocks and scrapes. Foam PVC has many brand names for this material, it is also known as Foamex, Forrex and Palight
